This plan is intended for the organization who wants to be a complete online learning provider themselves, offering to a very high number of learners or offering perhaps hundreds of course hours for continuing education purposes.  Additional services such as database management may be considered for inclusion in this plan.  The services provided with this plan include:

• Annual Consulting - Flexible Usage.
  400 hours: includes e-Learning, marketing and database/IT



• Annual Maintenance - Flexible Usage.
  400 hours for any/all editing or maintenance of existing courses including content, images or outline)



• Quarterly Hosting - Does not roll over. Restarts Annually.
  150,000 user-hours (see below). Support included



• Custom Development - Per-Project Pricing
  Discounted development cost per course hour
  Discounted cost for custom programming

User Hours Users can impact bandwidth in two ways:

• Numbers - higher numbers of users take up more bandwidth
• Time spent - the longer the courses you offer, the more time users will spend logged in

"User hours" is a way of calculating this impact that does not unfairly charge customers who either have low numbers of users or low amounts of course hours. 

Quarterly Reporting
We will provide quarterly reports showing usage of all services. All overages of specific services will be charged at the base rate listed under contract pricing. Many services roll-over each quarter to prevent overages.
